How it all works and what you will receive.
Before the wedding
A Free Consultation –
Rebecca will meet with you at a time that is convenient for yourself to discuss your requirements. This is an informal get together which will allow you to ask any questions and express any particular ideas you may have. During this meeting Rebecca will draw up a plan for the big day. This will act as a schedule and enable the cameraman to know when the important things are happening and exactly what he should be ‘capturing’. We like to make sure that nothing is missed!
The Bride Line –
At Captured Hearts we run a 12hr ‘busy bride line’. We are always available on this line from 9am – 9pm, 7 days a week. Our clients are very important to us, and we understand that wedding preparations can be very stressful. We make ourselves available for our brides for whenever they wish to discuss any matters relating to our service.

On the day 
“We capture the moments you will want to relive again and again.”
The Captured Hearts Package -
We will arrive a couple of hours before the wedding to film the surrounding scenery and the arrival of your guests. We will position ourselves to ‘capture’ the all-important entrance of the bride and the entire ceremony.
We then film the signing of the register and your first walk down the aisle as a married couple. We film the afternoon reception, the speeches and the cutting of the cake. You will be able to relive it all, from the smiles of your family as you say ‘I do’, to the roaring laughter which accompanies the after-dinner speeches.
A Personal Superviser –
A superviser will be there alongside the cameraman to ensure all your needs are taken care of. This service ensures that you always have an immediate point of contact without risking the cameraman missing any important events. This is a bespoke service that is normally attributed to celebrities and royalty, but since this is your day to be a Princess, we want to help make you feel like one!

After the wedding The footage from your wedding is made into a plushly presented DVD as part of the package.
The DVD consists of:
A Romantic Montage –
This is a 5 minute sequence of all those ‘special’ moments, set to the music of your choice. For music with a difference please see the ‘Music’ section of our website. For an example of our work view our ‘Gallery’.
DVD Title Page –
You can select the bits you want to watch first, just like your favourite movies.
The Ceremony -
You will be able to cry all over again as you witness the entire ceremony for the first time.
The Afternoon Reception -
Watch smiles rise as the champagne flows and you all strike a pose!
The Speeches –
Have a laugh at the Dads and the Best Man as they try their best for you.

Further benefits of the Captured Hearts Package
Email Video –
You will also receive a separate DVD with a small email video on that you can send to all your friends around the world. You can give those people that couldn’t make it a taster of what they missed!
Printed DVD –
An image of you both from the wedding will be printed onto the DVD, to give it a professional touch.
You will receive 5 free copies of the final DVD. These will be waiting for you once you have finished your honeymoon.
Two DVD's come in a pink and silver keepsake presentation box sealed with a ribbon.
